Welcome to LSBC:

Lake Springfield Baptist Camp is primarily a summer youth camp with outstanding facilities to offer church groups and businesses for retreats during the non-summer months after students have gone home.  Our campus is located just outside of town on the edge of Lake Springfield. Whether your group is large - we can accommodate up to 150 - or more modest in size, rental of our facilities comes with all these advantages:

A professional, Christian staff who will work closely with you in preparation for your event and attend expertly and cheerfully to your group's needs during your stay.  They will work to provide a loving, welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and refreshment for all members of your group.

We welcome everyone to our campus.  It is our hope that your time here will be enjoyable and uplifting.  Our grounds have been used for a variety of functions: youth retreats, adult retreats, men and ladies fellowships, dinners, leadership retreats, staff meetings, church picnics, and many more!

The objective of Christian Camping at Lake Springfield Baptist Camp is based on the love of Christ to be shared by those who proclaim Him as Lord and Savior. By this we are committed to the task of educating about our faith and heritage; of developing and participating in relationships and seeing it as part of God’s plan for humanity to engage in Christian Community. Understanding the out-of-doors as part of God’s world, to be enjoyed, respected, and preserved; living the Word as it comes to us and inspiring others by its message. Giving identity to people as followers of Christ and encouraging them to grow in the faith.
